Custom Fields

Some of the queues setup in Request Tracker have custom fields (i.e., fields that were created specifically for the queue and are not inherent to Request Tracker).  The tables below describe each of the custom fields that has been established.  Note that a custom field may apply to multiple queues, so be sure to consider the 'Applies to Queue(s)' column in the tables when looking for details about a particular custom field.

Ticket Custom Fields

These custom fields apply to tickets.  That is, there is one and only one instance of the field per ticket.  Each time you update the ticket, you can change the value in these fields that may have been entered previously.
